Business Analysis Helps Businesses Do Business Better

Business Analysis or Organisational Change Management is a disciplined approach to introducing and managing change within organisations, whether you are a for-profit business, government, or non-profit. It is used to identify and articulate the need for change in how an organisation work, and to facilitate that change. We use this process to identify and define the solutions that will maximize the value delivered by your organisation to its stakeholders. Operating across all levels of an organisation and possibly involving everything from defining strategy, to creating an enterprise architecture, to defining the goals and requirements for programs and projects or supporting continuous improvement in its technology and processes.

The value of conducting a business analysis is in the realisation of benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities and modeling the organisation. From this analysis it is possible to ensure an organisation realises these benefits, ultimately improving the way it does business.
