Our Story
From Kodework to Kilowott and Back
Kodework was founded in 2014 by three brothers — Aaron, Judah, and Caleb Fernandez — out of Goa, India. What started as a small development shop serving Nordic and European clients grew into something significantly bigger over the next decade.
Aaron, with a background in marketing and media across the Nordics and EU, identified a persistent gap in the market: offshore development agencies were plagued by transparency issues, communication breakdowns, and a focus on billing hours rather than delivering outcomes. He set out to build an agency that felt like an extension of the client's own team.
Judah brought engineering and operational excellence — transitioning from delivery to sales and solutioning. Caleb, with a background in accounting and architecture, built the operational foundation that let the company scale.
Over the years, Kodework expanded into multiple sub-brands — Ninestack for software development, Creometric for digital marketing, FatHamster for animation — eventually consolidating under the Kilowott brand as a full-service technology partner.
Now, with AI fundamentally changing how software gets built and marketing gets done, we're going back to our roots. Kodework is reborn as a premium AI-powered delivery studio — bringing the same commitment to quality, transparency, and outcomes, now running on AI tools that let us ship and scale faster than ever before.
